Head Hunting

When candidates are extremely scarce, in construction for example, then a head-hunting approach is ideal, this method directly targets the people who if interested in the vacancy will be of interest to you.

We can also carry out a full range of tests to add further credibility to each candidate, such as personality profiling, critical reasoning, verbal/numerical reasoning and advanced managerial.
